Four Keys To Better Bladder Health
If your doctor has recommended intermittent catheterization, the following four key steps will lead to better bladder health:

• Regularly empty your bladder.
• Properly wash your hands.
• Discard your catheter after each use.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.

When done properly, hand washing is one of the best ways to avoid getting sick and to stop germs from spreading.

If you can’t wash your hands with soap and water, alcohol-based hand sanitizers are an excellent alternative. Note: sanitizers should contain at least 60% alcohol. For more information on Better Bladder Health check out our website or call us toll-free for a free brochure.
